Returns
Every boutique sets its own return window, and it is shown on the piece before you buy it.
What the platform guarantees
- The window a boutique published is the window it has to honour.
- A return the boutique accepts is refunded to the way you paid, including the tax you paid on the goods.
- A refund is in proportion: half the goods returned is half the tax back.
- Your money is not released to the boutique until the window closes.
What is not covered here
Your statutory rights, which depend on where you live and are not something this software decides. Where a right to withdraw applies, it applies whatever a boutique's own policy says.
Asking for one
Open the order and ask, with a reason. The boutique answers. If it does not, or if the answer is wrong, report it and a person will look.
