Selling here

• List what you actually have, described as it actually is.
• The photographs must be of the item being sold.
• Say what a piece is made of and what condition it is in.
• Honour the return policy you published.

Buying here

• Pay for what you order.
• A review describes what you bought and how it arrived, not the person who sold it.

Delivering here

• Carry what you accepted, to the address given.
• The position you share while carrying a parcel is for that delivery.

What ends an account

Counterfeits. Items that are illegal to sell where they are sold. Harassment of a shopper, a boutique or a courier. Attempts to move a transaction off the platform to avoid its protections. Deliberate misuse of somebody else's identity or payment details.

How it is decided

A report reaches a person, not a filter. A decision says what was decided and why, and it can be appealed.
