Delivery

A courier collects from the boutique and brings the parcel to you.

What a delivery costs

The price is worked out from the journey, the weight and the rate card in force when you order. It is shown before you pay and does not change afterwards.

When it arrives

An estimate is given at checkout and narrowed once a courier is carrying it. It is an estimate: the same journey is quick on a Sunday morning and slow on a Friday evening.

Following it

An order in transit shows where the courier is, and stops showing it once the parcel is delivered.

What can go wrong

A courier who cannot find you will contact you. A parcel that cannot be delivered comes back to the boutique and is refunded. Nothing is left with a neighbour unless you asked for that.
