These are the terms you are agreeing to when you buy from this shop.

Prices and stock. Prices are in Ethiopian birr and include any tax we are required to charge. Everything on the shelf is something we hold: if a thing sells out between your putting it in the cart and paying for it, we will tell you and refund you rather than make you wait.

Paying. You can pay online, or pay the courier in cash when the order arrives, wherever both are offered. An order is not ours to send until it is either paid for or accepted for payment at the door.

Delivery and collection. What delivery costs depends on where the order is going, and the checkout works it out from the point you give it before you pay. You can also collect from the shop, in which case there is nothing to pay a courier and nothing arrives at your door.

Changing your mind before it goes. You can cancel an order yourself at any time before we have sent it. If you had already paid, the money goes back the way it came.

Sending something back. You have the return window shown on the product page — counted from the day the parcel went — to send something back unworn and with its tags on. Tell us through your order page and we will say where to post it. Once it reaches us we refund the way you paid.

When something is wrong. If what arrives is faulty or is not what you ordered, tell us and we will put it right at our own cost. Nothing here takes away a right you have under Ethiopian consumer law.
